• Website analytics and performance monitoring
• SEO analysis and website health audits
• Search Console data visualization
• Task management and organization tools
• Marketing workflow management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration: You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Google OAuth and API Usage

4.1 Authorization: By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to access your Google Search Console and Google Analytics data on your behalf.

4.2 Data Usage: We will only use your Google data to provide the features of our Service as described in our Privacy Policy. We comply with Google’s API Services User Data Policy.

4.3 Revocation: You may revoke our access to your Google data at any time through the Integrations page or through your Google Account settings.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.3 Your Google Data: We do not claim ownership of your Google data. Your Google data remains your property, and we access it only as authorized by you.

7. Fees and Payment

7.1 Free Tier: Currently, the Service is provided free of charge during our beta period.

7.2 Future Paid Plans: We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription plans in the future. Existing users will be notified at least 30 days before any charges are implemented.

7.3 API Limits: Usage of Google APIs through our Service is subject to Google’s rate limits and quotas. We may implement usage limits to ensure fair access for all users.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

8.1 Availability: We strive to provide continuous access to the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

8.2 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

8.3 Beta Status: The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, and you may experience bugs or unexpected behavior.

9. Data Backup and Loss

While we implement reasonable backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We are not liable for any data loss or corruption that may occur.

The Service integrates with third-party services (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Firebase). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

11.1 “AS IS” Basis: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11.2 Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENCY PRIME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11.3 Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (currently $0 during the free beta period).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Agency Prime, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content or data uploaded to the Service

14. Termination

14.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data.
